Gary Sawall, Founder & Senior Consultant
Gary Sawall, owner of Tekworks, has over thirty years’ experience as a proficient Systems Engineer in the field of information management and information systems within both the private and commercial sectors as well as the public health industry.
With his extensive practical experience and academic development, Gary has become a veteran in providing timely, dedicated and efficient IT services & support with his company. Gary’s personable approach and ease of explaining ‘the technical’ has always been appreciated by both new clients and existing alike. In addition to his existing Microsoft certifications, Gary continues to study and research the latest technology offerings, not only to improve Tekworks’ services but to ensure clients are kept abreast of what latest technology has to offer them as well.
Nicholas (Nick) Sawall, Desktop Support Technician
Nick has been with Tekworks since 2012 and brings 7 years of extensive hardware experience as our resident hardware ‘guru’ technician. Nick has a keen aptitude for assembling, diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of computer systems. In his role as a Desktop Support Technician Nick has been actively involved with new IT equipment deployments, full computer and server upgrades, network cabling and installation as well as general deskside support. Nick is currently studying and working towards his Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification.
Valentin (Val) Kunz, Desktop Support Technician
Valentin joined Tekworks in 2018 and adds a European flair to our team. Always hard working and dedicated to his tasks, Valentin brings a broad IT skill-set to the team in multiple languages no less! With an ever present passion for technology, Valentin will ensure any technical issue is resolved to our customers full satisfaction no matter the challenge. Valentin, demonstrates a real hands-on approach to IT problems and actively listens to end-users to bring about a timely resolution.
Cristopher Amigo, Desktop Support Technician
Recently joining Tekworks as a Desktop Support Technician, Cristopher brings over over 7 years of experience with desktop support and client services. Cristopher is comfortable with hardware repairs and deployments as well as desktop support and server maintenance. With a calm demeanor and good technical knowledge background, Cristopher is able to communicate with customers clearly in an non-technical way. Cristopher is currently pursuing his CCNA and A+ certification to better his understanding of networking and desktop computer repairs.
